I could barely hold a handstand before signing up for online coaching. Throughout a year of online training with Paul , I've unlocked 1min HS hold, tuck planche, straddle / tuck / pike presses and even chin up which are already a massive achievement for someone like me who didnt have any weightlifting or strength background. Paul would constantly send me feedback videos every time i send him videos of my trainings and even give me some progression drills with demo to try. I dont think i wouldve trained so consistently if i didnt sign up for online coaching and follow structured plan. And thats the accountability that I've needed to train and progress further.
