Handstand Press TODAY! 3 Methods to Float

Lifting the Toes at the Start of the Press Handstand can be challenging. A combination of Flexibility, Strength and Balance is required, but the ratio of these can be explored to find your quickest route to the Press.

Use more Strength by increasing the Planche (shoulders forwards of the hands) and or bend the arms. Use more flexibility by compressing the legs towards the Torso.
