The L Sit

The Essential Calisthenics Skill, the building blocks to more advanced moves like L Sit Press to Handstand. The L Sit can be a relatively easy move to unlock especially in Tuck but takes time to truly master. Demanding a combination of Strength, Flexibility and Compression. When practicing the L sit aim to have your arms straight, shoulders back and down with chest open. Knees should stay inline or above hip crease. Extend the legs (at the knee) until you can just hold without the legs lowering. Work around 30sec per set. See video for more info
