Less known Back to Wall Handstand Drills YOU Should be doing. Ideal for the beginner to Intermediate level. Learn to pull from the wall using Fingers and Shoulders both in Scorpion (banana handstand) and Hollow Back (Mexican handstand). For these techniques you need to keep the body connected from hands to toes using the core. But don't think of the core as the sit up muscles, think more it's the muscles that connect and control all the segments of the body. As the feet are pulled from the wall we need to reach up to handstand and this will help to stack, changing the direction of the energy to up instead of over (falling out).
