L Sit Pike Press

A common Press Handstand progression goal once you have the standard presses (Straddle, Pike and Tuck) is the L Sit Pike Press normally on P Bars. Its similar to the Stalder Press but seen as slightly harder due to the lower hip position.

You can break the movement down into smaller chunks and train them separately. It’s even possible to train the bottom sections (transitions in and out of L Sit) before you a consistent freestanding handstand.
